Aylin Coşkunoğlu Nazlıaka
Middle East Technical University, Economics Department. Founder of H RM (1992). Previously she was the regional manager of Thomas International Management Systems and she was responsible from the implementation of psychometric analysis to the white collar personnel in different industries. At HRM, she gave consultancy services to more than 400 companies from various sectors about search and selection of the right personnel, job analysis, job descriptions, performance appraisals, salary survey, search and selection, career planning, outplacement, training evaluation and re-engineering services. She got the "Business Women of the Year Award" in 2001 which was given by Dünya Newspaper, and "Middle East Technical University Honor Award", given by M.E.T.U. in 2002. She is the managing partner of HRM. Speaks English and French.

Alihan Irmakkesen
Middle East Technical University, Management Department. Previously worked for reputable companies such as Price Waterhouse and Coopers (as auditor), Interbank (as auditor), Unilever (as Group Product Manager / Export Manager) and Admar DDB Needham (as Managing Director) for 11 years. Speaks English. He is the partner of Human Resources Management who is responsible for HRM Istanbul operation since 1995.

Fatma Ümit Tuncer
Gazi University, Faculty of Finance, Financial Law Department. After gaining one year of experience at the Central Bank of Turkish Republic, she decided to make a career at tourism sector. So she worked at Izmir Office of Sitytur where she was responsible of all the office operations and then she was transferred to Travco as Antalya Office Manager. She is a tourist-guide. She was the Assistant General Manager of Vasco before her joint to HR. Speaks English and German. She is the partner of Human Resources Management who is responsible for HRM Antalya operation.

Pınar Gelin
Middle East Technical University, Management Department. Previously worked for T.C. Iş Bank, Kentkur, Yaşar Holding and Ayker. She is the founding member of A1 and since 1995, she acts as the Assistant General Manager of that company. She won the scholarship of U.R. Rotary Foundation-Group Study Exchange (1993). She is the partner of HRM who is responsible for HRM Izmir operation, which is active since 1997. Besides, she gives lectures about "Human Resources and Quality Management" at Izmir Economics University. Speaks English.

Emre Unaran
Graduated from Gazi University, Mechanical Engineering, after his studies in METU and Lunds Tekniska Högskola, Sweden. Started his career at DESA, Yaşar Holding Inc. Experienced engineering, marketing and IT. After 4 years in DESA, he worked at Mobil Oil Turk A.Ş. Sales, engineering, key account relations were the main subjects for the first years at field. Then he worked as SAP team leader and Manager of Customer Service Center at main office. After 8 years in Mobil, he was a small business owner in the field of oil products and then telecommunications. He joined to HRM with 20 years of work experience. Senior consultant and trainer at our Izmir office. Speaks English, German and Swedish.

İlknur Seven
Gazi University, English Language and Literature Department. She joint to HRM team with 18 years of work experience. She worked with several Turkish and foreign companies as a consultant in HRM. She is still working as Senior Training and HRM consultant. Speaks English.

Emel Garip
Marmara University, Human Resources Programme. Anadolu University, Banking and Insurance Department. She has 13 years of experience in personnel search and selection. Senior consultant at our Istanbul office since 1998.

Tuğba Duran
Kırıkkale University, Business Administration Department. She has achieved the succession certificate from ODTÜ-SEM Human Resources Programme. She also completed HR certificate programme given by Academy International. Her professional life started at HRM in 2002. She took various responsibilities until today. Okşan Pınar
She is a graduate of Izmir Ozel Turk College and finished Middle East Technical University- Political Science and Public Administration department. She worked in General Motors-Opel Torbalı factory for 4 years and specialized in Training & Recruitment in Human Resources department. Then she worked as Human Resources Manager of Simena Tourism Group and after fulfilling this position for 2 years, she continued her career in Adecco as Recruitment Consultant for nearly 3 years. Then she joined HRM team. She is responsible of all the stages of recruitment consultancy services in HRM İzmir Office. She is working as Senior Consultant. She speaks English.

Elif Ejdar
Middle East Technical University, Sociology (BSc), Human Resources Development in Education (MSc). She has started to work at HRM when she was a student at the university. Then she joined the HRM Ankara team. She is responsible for recruitment projects and customer relations of training programs. Besides, she takes part in EU funded human resources projects. Speaks English

Tuba Minaz
Graduated from Bosporus University, Management Department. Also she holds “Business Management Concentrated in International Marketing” certificate given by Pennsylvania University, USA. Previously she worked for Boyner Holding HR Department for 3 years and specialized in training and recruitment. Then she worked as a consultant in Soysal Training and Consultancy for 2 years. She worked with several Turkish and foreign companies as a consultant. She continued her career in McDonald’s Turkey as Training and Development Consultant for 4 years. During this period she graduated from McDonald’s Hamburger University in Chicago, USA. After this experience she worked as IT Commission HR Manager in Universiade 2005. Then she joined HRM Izmir team. She is responsible for several projects and training programs. She speaks English and French.

Bürge Yıldırım Erdoğdu
Graduated from Gazi University, Department of Economics. She worked as Marketing Coordinator in AIESEC Ankara LC from 1996 to 1999. Then she worked for İzgören&Akın Training and Consultancy Comp. as Marketing and Corporate Communication Coordinator between 2001 and 2004. Then she was transferred to Mobilsoft / Meteksan IT Group which have operations in training and education technologies, as Business Development Specialist.

She continued her career during the re-organization of Human Resources Department in Turkish Red Crescent Society until October 2007 and she undertook several responsibilities in training and development planning, 360o feedback, training need assessments, orientation programs & trainings, evaluation systems, ISO 9001 Total Quality Management System and JCI Accreditation as Training Specialist. While she was working in Turkish Red Crescent Society she served as International Relations and Reporting Delegate in South Asia Tsunami Disaster Relief Team in Sri Lanka for 2,5 months. She became an HRM team member at the end of 2007. She is responsible from training and HR projects.

Her articles concerning personal development have been publishing regularly in monthly culture and life magazine named 'Yolculuk'. She speaks English.

Erdal Demiralay
Erdal Demiralay, born in Ankara, in 1973;graduated from 9 Eylül University, Business Department in 1994 and he has been doing post graduated studies about Management of Business at the same university. He has worked as foreign trade specialist, marketing and sales director, assistant general manager in various private companies. Demiralay runs constructing of Foreign Trade Department, Foreign Trade Consulting and the projects of reengineering in some private organizations. He is responsible from training operations in Izmir HRM. Besides he gives training about Foreign Trade and International Marketing whilst continuing various academic studies.

Yelda Üstündağ
Bosphorus University, English Language and Literature. Started her career in HRM Istanbul, as Human Resources Assistant Consultant, between 2000-2003. Following a 1,5 year experience in Toprak Foreign Trade as a Trade Marketing Specialist, again participated to HRM Istanbul as a Search & Selection Consultant. Speaks English.

Aylanur Özyapı
She studied at Middle East Technical University at Geological Engineering Department until 6th semester. After she had decided to switch her career to tourism, she graduated from 9 Eylül University, Tourism and Hotel Management. She commenced her career in Hotel Business. After being licenced as a Professional Guide by the Ministry of Tourism, she worked as a Tourist Guide. In 1992 she started to work as Office Manager in ESTA Tourism and ended her tourism career when she was the Area Manager of GEO Tourism. In 2007 she started to work as consultant in HRM Antalya office. She speaks English.

Sıla Demirgüreş
Graduated from Istanbul University Tourism Management Department and continuing to her education in Anadolu University, Business Administration Department. She worked in Istanbul Divan Hotel in Human Resources Department and then transferred to Turkish Airlines. She continued her career in Select KRM as researcher. Sıla Demirgüreş is still working as HRM consultant at our Izmir Office.

Betül Gürlük
She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Economy department after starting in Middle East Technical University Sociology department. She has worked in Teknikeller Renault Mais firm as Finance and Accounting Administrator for 3 years. After Renault she worked in ÖzKonfeksiyon firm and continued her career in Istanbul based firm BTL's Izmir branch as personnel and accounting administrator. She is working as Training Organizator and Administrator in HRM Izmir Office.

Zeynep Tolunay
Graduated from Tarsus American College and Hacettepe University, Sociology (BSc) and Human Resources Program in Ankara University. She is working as an HR Assistant, responsible for search and selection and interviewing process in HRM Istanbul Office. She speaks English.

Yasemin Kaçan
Dumlupınar University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Business Administration. After having worked as Account Responsible and Public Relations Assistant in several companies, she joined the HRM team as Office Administrator. Özgür Özdemir
Anadolu University, Business Department. He worked at Accounting and Financial Consultancy companies as an Accountant for several years. Before joining HRM, he worked at Değer Petroleum Co. as Financial Advisor. He is responsible of accounting and payroll services of HRM. He is Certified Public Accountant.

Mustafa Pekyürek
He still continues his education at Anadolu University, Public Relations department. Before joining to HRM Team, he worked as a Technician at an automation systems company. He works as an Administrative Assistant at HRM. Besides he is responsible to run the IT systems of HRM continuously without any problem.
